All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
We are unable to accommodate style changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process
Products typically ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We cannot quote any shipping times other than what has been stated above.
As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.
If you have received a damaged/defective item from an order placed in our online shop, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email. If a replacement is not chosen, we can provide a return shipping label to return the damaged product. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used. A refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refund amount will be for the product item total, excluding shipping costs.
